Responsible for day-to-day operation of the boiler & IETS also its equipment to ensure boiler & IETS is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform preventive maintenance activities and assist predictive maintenance activities to the effort to minimise unplanned shutdown.
Key-in and input all data and records related to boiler and IETS activities are documented and updated accordingly as per operational and regulatory requirements.
Plan and prepare for DOSH/DOE regular and ad-hoc inspection of boiler to meet their requirements.
Arrange and conduct housekeeping of boiler room and IETS as well as equipment to be in safe and good condition according to the work safety act and enable conducive work environment.
Troubleshoot any breakdown and carry out maintenance and rectification work and to report any faulty related to boiler and IETS immediately to supervisor
Aware, follow and comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environment activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment) as per contract agreement. Support company programmes and activities such as related to HSSE and LEAN e.g. toolbox session at agreed frequency set by management
Support stakeholders effectively, including regulatory authorities, external contractors, headquarters personnel, and vendors, by providing excellent support and services for boiler-related activities. Maintain strong working relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the Company's and Ministry of Health's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Job Requirements
High School Certificate (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)
Certificate Boilerman Grade 1 or Grade 2 (preferred) issued by DOSH
At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a competent Boilerman
