Account Opening
Check and verify Account Opening for Mail in application (Bundled with Housing/Reno loan, staff account, pure mail in/road show directly from customers)
Check and verify for Account Opening Via DSE/E Form (Customer’s submission online via DSE/E Form)
Check and verify account maintenance (Data enrichment) for customers who opened account at Branch/Online submission.
Download and extract report and assign task to maker.
To meet the SLA of the account opening followed the dateline of the creation that has been set up.

Check and verify account and data maintenance (name, id, new address, signature/signing condition, power of attorney, indemnity, dual currency investment, customer’s others particulars update, accredited investor and overseas investor, staff resignation, return mail and FCFD)
