Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of wet process manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production operations. Accountable for machine uptime, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, safety, 5S, and accurate reporting to support high-quality manufacturing output and on-time deliver
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for wet process manufacturing equipment including EP (Electropolishing), Pasuda, Mabat, Polynox, Laser Marking, and Electron Beam Welding machines
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control-related issues across all assigned machines
- Conduct daily rounds and readings, including visual inspection of machines, utilities, facilities, and building conditions
- Carry out building and facility maintenance activities (basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and infrastructure support)
- Handle, store, and manage chemicals safely in compliance with MSDS, EHS, and company requirements
- Ensure all maintenance activities follow approved Work Instructions and safety procedures
- Perform and document Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities by completing PM checklists accurately and on time
- Ensure 5S compliance in maintenance areas and production equipment before and after work execution
- Manage spare parts, including identification, usage tracking, and coordination for replenishment
- Support breakdown maintenance with quick response and effective root cause troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime
- Prepare and submit daily maintenance reports and machine downtime reports
- Key in maintenance data, rounds, readings, work orders, and PM activities accurately into Limble system
- Report abnormalities, recurring issues, or safety risks to Lead, Supervisor, or Engineer promptly
- Participate in machine installation, modification, relocation, and qualification activities when required
- Propose and implement improvement ideas to enhance maintenance effectiveness, machine reliability, safety, and cost efficiency
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Strong knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in troubleshooting wet process equipment and production machines
- Hands-on experience in pump maintenance and fluid handling systems
- Understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance concepts
- Ability to analyze equipment failures and perform root cause analysis
- Familiarity with chemical process equipment and safe chemical handling practices
- Competent in using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and basic test equipment (multimeter, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Good documentation skills and discipline in computerized maintenance management system usage (Limble or similar system)
Education, Certifications, Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Willingness to support shift work, on-call, or emergency breakdowns if required

- Must be willing to work in working environment safety helmet and safety shoes.
